Design that makes space work harder.
We combine creative thinking with practical construction knowledge, so every design decision has a clear purpose and can be delivered on site.
Discuss your project
From concept to build-ready decisions.
Our design service is ideal for refurbishments, extensions and interior transformations where layout, finishes and construction need to work together. We focus on the decisions that make the biggest difference before site work begins.
Space planning
Improved layouts, circulation and room use for homes and commercial spaces.
Concept direction
Style, materials, colours, lighting mood and the overall design language.
Kitchen & bathroom planning
Functional layouts, finishes, storage and coordination with building services.
Finishes & specification
Flooring, wall finishes, fittings, joinery, sanitaryware and key product selections.
Build coordination
Design decisions translated into a clear scope for trades and site delivery.
Project phasing
Practical sequencing for occupied homes, staged works and full refurbishments.
Good ideas become better when the builder is involved early.
Because CK Design works across both design and construction, we can test ideas against buildability, budget and sequencing from the outset. That helps reduce surprises and keeps the project focused.
